Yorkshire Status: Uncommon and fairly widespread resident.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: This moth has become much more frequent in certain parts of its range, mainly in VC64.

2012 (CHF): Doing well in the county with recent spread to the south-west and in the north-east.

Recorded in 120 (60%) of 200 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1883.
Last Recorded in 2022.
