Yorkshire Status: Uncommon and fairly widespread resident.
Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Now recorded from all five vice-counties and possibly relatively common in the north and west where it may be more common than A. badiata (Denis & Schiffermuller). Generally less common than that species over the rest of the County.
2012 (CHF): Widespread in small numbers across most of the county but absent from the west of VC63. Still a little less common than Shoulder Stripe.
