2012 (CHF): Porritt in 1883 lists records from Askham Bog and Scarborough and describes it as rare. Nationally this is a local moth of sallow woodland in the south and south west of England but there are recent records from Lincolnshire so it is not impossible it might lurk undetected in the south of VC63.

Recorded in 3 (2%) of 200 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1883.
Last Recorded in 2022.
