Yorkshire Status: Scarce and thinly distributed or restricted resident.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Recorded very sparsely at light and rarely enters traps, although it may be found at rest near by. Larvae are much more frequently recorded and may be found on sallow, willow or poplar, sometimes commonly in all five vice-counties.

2012 (CHF): Recorded widely across all five vice-counties in small numbers.
