Yorkshire Status: Very rare and very local vagrant.

Sutton and Beaumont, 1987: Not recorded since Porritt (1883-86, 1904). The record given by Skinner (1984), of a specimen of this rare migrant being taken at Rudston (VC61) on 18.9.1980 is an error. (Probably resulting from a confusing juxtaposition of text in the Entomologist's Record where a report occurred from a different county (93, 3-4 p. 53, 1981)).

Retained Specimen / Photograph will be Required.

Recorded in 3 (2%) of 200 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1870.
Last Recorded in 1873.
