Yorkshire Status: Common and fairly widespread resident.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Widely recorded and sometimes common, especially in the lowlands in the centre and south of the County.

2012 (CHF): Still fairly widespread in lowland Yorkshire with over 200 records most years, but numbers seem to have fallen a little recently.

Recorded in 133 (67%) of 200 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1883.
Last Recorded in 2022.
