Yorkshire Status: Uncommon and local resident.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: There are few recent records. This species is very local in Yorkshire except on the coast.

2012 (CHF): There is a healthy colony of this moth at Spurn and it is reported most years from Teesside. There have been many inland records from the west of VC61 but it has not been reported from there since 2006. No records from VC63 since 1989.

Retained Specimen / Photograph will be Required.
