Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: This day flying species is probably quite frequent on high moors and heaths but there are few recent records to support this. There is no VC65 record.

2012 (CHF): Reported by day in small numbers every year from upland heathery areas and our lowland heaths in two overlapping generations.

Recorded in 65 (33%) of 200 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1880.
Last Recorded in 2022.
