Yorkshire Status: Scarce and local resident.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Recent records for this species are rather sparse. It appears to occur locally in areas where limes are established. This is another species which although not taken in VC65, has been taken just over the County boundary in VC66 (Dunn & Parrack, 1986).

Argus 47, 2001-2004: VC65. Hutton Conyers, 9.10.1999, six 2000-3 (CHF). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

2012 (CHF): Scattered records from all over the county, always in small numbers and never common. There have been several records for VC65 since 2000.

First Recorded in 1861.
Last Recorded in 2022.
