Yorkshire Status: Fairly common and fairly widespread resident.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Recorded from all five vice-counties but most commonly from VC63 and VC64. There do not appear to be any specific habitat preferences.

2012 (CHF): Common and widespread all across the county. Numbers appear to be stable.
