Yorkshire Status: Very rare migrant.

Spurn has had a great reputation over the years for attracting rare migrant moths. It struck again on 28/7/2019 when Small Marbled came to the trap at Easington. This is a very rare migrant with only a handful of British records, most of which have been on the south coast. The Atlas mentions nine records up to the end of 2016, and there have been one or two since.
