Yorkshire Status: Very rare and very local. Probably under-recorded.

Argus 47, 2001-2004: VC65. Hutton Conyers, 1.8.2001 conf. HEB (CHF); Magdalen Wood, 6.8.2003 (CHF, JCW, SPW). NEW COUNTY RECORD.

Argus 56, 2008:

VC64. Ripon, 9.6.2008 gen. det. CHF, conf. HEB (D&DB). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

Current status (HEB, 2011): First identified in Britain in 1996. The first county record was at Hutton Conyers (VC65) in 2001, with another in the same vice-county at West Tanfield in 2003 and one at Ripon (VC64) in 2008. An obscure moth, impossible to identify confidently without dissection, but likely to be found elsewhere in Yorkshire.

Argus 90, 2020: A scarce or overlooked moth with four previous records since 2001, two each in vice-counties 64 & 65.
