Yorkshire Status: Rare and local resident.

Beaumont, 2002: There is a single recent record, the date of which suggests its origin may be from imported fruit. The only previous County record was from Scarborough in the mid-nineteenth century, 'larvae in plums', this record may also have resulted from fruit brought in from outside Yorkshire.

Argus 50, 2005: A further record in 2005, following records from two different localities in the same general area in 2004, suggests that this moth is resident.
