Yorkshire Status: Rare and very local resident.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Between about 1880 and 1924 was recorded in vice-counties 61 to 64, often said to be common during the 1880s and 1890s but reports mention increasing scarcity after 1905. There have been no further records.

Beaumont, 2002: There has been no County record since 1924 until this moth was re-discovered in the south of vice-county 63 in 1990.
