Yorkshire Status: Very rare and very local resident.

Beaumont, 2002: VC63. Anston Stones Wood, 17.7.1999 (HEB). NEW COUNTY RECORD.

2013 (CHF): There have been several more records this year, all in the south-east of VC63. In common with several other members of this family, the larvae feed in bracket fungi. Frass hanging by silk threads below the fungus may indicate larvae within. This species appears to be spreading north.

Argus 69, 2013: There was previously only a single Yorkshire record, from a different VC63 locality in 1999. VC61. North Ferriby, 17.7.2013 (IM). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

Argus 84, 2018: Previous records have all been in vice-counties 61 & 63. These occurrences are evidence of a northwards spread.

VC62. York, 5.7.2018 gen. det. RWo (AF). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

VC64. Swillington, 25.6.2018 (DN); Little Preston, 10.6.2018 gen. det. CHF (JMa); Alwoodley, Leeds, 5.8.2018 (PRM). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

Recorded in 20 (10%) of 200 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1999.
Last Recorded in 2023.
