CHF 2023 This species is often recorded as leaf folds on birch. Whilst these records are probably safe on the lower ground, records from birch woodland on higher ground in the north and west of the county are probably best regarded as unconfirmed. Parornix loganella makes similar leaf folds and may be commoner than our records suggest.
