Yorkshire Status: Rare resident

Formerly Cochylis molliculana.

Argus 87, 2019: First found in Britain in 1991 since when it has spread slowly northwards. This is currently the most northerly British record.

VC63. Kirk Smeaton, 24.8.2019 gen. det. (DWi.) NEW COUNTY RECORD.

Argus 90, 2020: A relatively recent arrival in Britain that has been spreading northwards. We have a single previous record in VC63 in 2019.

VC61. Easington, 19.8.2020 (MFS). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

VC63. Rossington, 11.9.2020 gen. det. RIH (RI&JCH).
